There’s just one year to go until the 12th Pan Pacific Masters Games to be held 6 – 15 November 2020 on the beautiful Gold Coast in Queensland, Australia.

16,000 participants from over 40 countries will converge on one of the most popular holiday destinations to Play It, Live It, Love It! in the world’s biggest and best biennial masters games.

The Gold Coast’s famous celebration of masters sport will showcase competition in more than 40 individual and team sports at some of the best sporting facilities on the planet, including five Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games venues.

Participants compete in their age group with no qualifying standards or times to enter. The only criterion for entry is a minimum age for each sport, which for the majority is 30 years of age, ensuring the sport is played fairly, competitively and in tremendous spirit.

A jam-packed nightly entertainment program held at the Games Village during the event provides participants the opportunity to celebrate achievements, socialise with teammates, friends and family and enjoy the camaraderie for which the event is renowned.

At the last games, the entertainment lineup included Killer Queen, The Koi Boys, Hot Potato Band, Lisa Hunt, The Soul Men – Blues Brothers Show, Magic Carpet Ride, Madison Kat, ABBALIVE, Whitenoise, Captain WOW, Emma Lancaster DJ plus an open mic night for participants.

The Gold Coast, famous for its theme parks, pristine beaches, lush green hinterland, sophisticated dining precincts and year-round sunshine, offers masters-aged athletes new experiences at every turn.

2020 is the year to ‘Play it, Live it, Love it!’ at the Pan Pacific Masters Games.
