Welcome to the biggest Jupiters Pan Pacific Masters Games in history!
More than 14,500 competitors, supporters and non-playing officials from Australia and the world have converged on the beautiful Gold Coast to be a part of the ninth edition of the world’s largest biennial masters games and we couldn’t be more excited!
For the fourth consecutive event since 2006, the Jupiters Pan Pacific Masters Games has rewritten the history books with recordbreaking participation numbers in 42 sports including five new additions: diving, trivia, equestrian – dressage, fitness challenge and sailing.
Competitors from every Australian state and territory and more than 20 countries including New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Sri Lanka and the United States of America are ready to soak up the fun and competitive atmosphere the event is renowned for over nine huge days of competition.
Over 1,000 participants have flown from outside Australia to the Gold Coast while more than 5,000 travelled from interstate to experience one of the country’s premier multi-sport events.
Since the event’s inauguration in 1998, the Jupiters Pan Pacific Masters Games has endeavoured to engage thousands of people as young as 25 years of age right up to their 90s in active and healthy lifestyles and this is evidenced by the exponential growth in participation numbers over the past 16 years.
We’re thrilled to announce the biggest entertainment program to date with an impressive line-up of Australian artists performing over eight huge nights! The Games Village will be headlined by founding member of Cold Chisel, Ian Moss, four classic 80s pop icons including Brian Mannix (Uncanny X-Men), Dale Ryder (Boom Crash Opera), Scott Carne (Kids in the Kitchen) and Ally Fowler (The Chantoozies) and one of the country’s most exhilarating live ensembles, the Melbourne Ska Orchestra.
In addition, performing will be Magic Carpet Ride, Round Mountain Girls, Late for Woodstock, The Rolling Stones Experience, P!nk and Lady Gaga Tribute Show, The Mods and resident DJ Tallie.
The Jupiters Pan Pacific Masters Games is a celebration of masters sport and entertainment filled with inspiring team and individual performances but most of all unforgettable memories of camaraderie, friendship and good times.
