Einsteins of this year’s Jupiters Pan Pacific Masters Games can put their hard working minds at ease after today’s trivia finals, and for the Know Ideas, it’s a gold medal winning performance.

The Sydney team proved themselves to be the biggest brainiacs of the tournament, scoring 111 out of 120 points in today’s final.

The champion trio, consisting of Alan Javes, Gordon McGregor and Lindon Johnson, said that the secret to successful trivial pursuits is having a balanced team.

“It’s definitely the balance of knowledge that makes the difference,” Lindon said.

“Alan here is the entertainment, film and pop culture expert, I’m more history and literature, whereas Gordon is just a genius.”

The three have always been knowledge buffs, saying that they’ve been collecting seamlessly useless information all there lives.

“Growing up in Scotland in the 1950s, there was only two ways of getting ‘street cred’,” Gordon said.

“you either had to be really good at football, or know a lot of things, and as I’m terribly uncoordinated I had to go with the other option.”

Only a few questions managed to stump the formidable brain force of the team.

“There was a question on World War One poets, and we just couldn’t think of Wilfred Owen’s name,” Lindon said

“It’s very frustrating when you hear the correct answer and think, I knew that.”

The team have enjoyed the competition tremendously, but are excited to return to the next Jupiters Pan Pacific Masters Games and improve on their already outstanding performance.

“The only extraordinarily disappointing thing is that we didn’t get a perfect round,” said Lindon.

“We had nine rounds, and none of them were full marks, it would be nice to be perfect just once.”

Even with years of trivia under their belts, the trio admits to learning something new every competition.

“Today I learnt that Hugo Boss is based in Germany,” said Gordon.

“Here I was thinking it was Switzerland.”

The new scheme was born here and filagra this is not something that we would like to see. Caverta although better in some elements but not important for us.
