92 year-old hammer throw champion and Shortland Street’s biggest fan returns to the Jupiters Pan Pacific Masters Games as the games oldest athletics competitor.

Pauline Purser began her journey towards multiple masters records after giving away ballroom dancing as her passion.

“I turned 70 and turned to someone at my birthday party and said I can do that, so I did,” Purser said.

“I have records over in New Zealand and multiple medals.

“I’ve won six gold medals this time around but I was the only one aged 92 and that’s understandable isn’t it, I mean, (there’s) no competition so I feel guilty for taking them.”

However the great-grandmother doesn’t believe in luck and instead believes she has another purpose in life left to fulfil.

“Well I don’t feel I have an achievement, I’m just lucky to have reached this ripe old age of 92,” Purser said.

“My grandson is on the television show Shortland Street and he plays the part of the ambulance driver and apparently he is quite popular with the girls so I must be here to approve of the girls.”

But despite her numerous accolades, Purser’s greatest achievement to date is that of her family.

“Hello to all my grandchildren and great-grand children in New Zealand,” Purser said.

“They’re all so gorgeous and I am so proud of them.”

The new scheme was born here and filagra this is not something that we would like to see. Caverta although better in some elements but not important for us.
