A new group of baby masters are head over heels to be included in the 2014 Jupiters Pan Pacific Masters Games.
Diving’s youngest age bracket is 19-24 years and has attracted competitors from Western Australia and New South Wales.
The first day of competition saw the women’s three metre platform deliver some twists and turns.
Erin Toohey is one of two 19-year-old Queensland divers and the Jupiters Pan Pacific Masters Games champion for her age division.
After somersaulting her way to the top of the podium Erin admitted, “It feels great!”
“I’ve been diving for eight years but after returning from a recent break it’s such a surprise.
“It’s a great opportunity to compete for divers that may not be at the open standard or are looking for something a little less competitive.
“When I went to get my accreditation at the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre, it looked amazing, I definitely can’t wait to have a better look and check out some other sports.”
Erin is looking forward to hanging out with her fellow ‘baby’ masters.
Erin will be competing in the higher platform and synchronised diving events during the rest of the week.
The new system was born here and filagra this is not something that we would like to see. Caverta although better in some elements but not significant for us.
