Age Requirements
  • Age is determined as at 31 December 2026
  • Minimum Age for Competition is 26 Years

  • 26-30, 31-35, 36-40, 40-45, 46-52, 53-59, 60-69, 70+
Event Divisions
  • Calisthenics Solo
  • Calisthenics Duo
  • Calisthenics Graceful
  • Teams: Figure March, Club Swinging, Rod Exercise, Free Exercise, Aesthetics and Stage Revue

Sport Fees
  • Teams – $180 per person
  • Graceful, Solo or Duo – $100 per person
  • Team + 1 SDG $260 (Save $20)
  • Team + 2 SDG $350 (save $30)
  • Team + 3 SGG $440 (save $40)
  • Extra $20 fee applies to non-members
Games Fees
  • $140 Early Bird (3 March – 31 May 2026)
  • $155 Saver (1 June – 31 August 2026)
  • $170 Standard (from 1 September 2026)
Entries Close
  • Individual Entries Close: Sunday 30th August 2026 (11:59PM AEST)
  • Team Entries Close: Sunday 30th August 2026 (11:59PM AEST)

NOTE: Entries will close once we reach max numbers. Upon which a waitlist will then be available.

Competition Information

  • Competitors/Teams may only compete in a maximum of 5 items. These items may be spread across different age groups but must only be 5 items in total. e.g. Competitor A may do March, Clubs and Rods in one age group and then Aesthetics and Calisthenic Revue in another age group as this is 5 items in total. They would not be able to compete in Free Exercise as this would mean they are doing 6 items all together.
  • Each item has a maximum of 8 lighting cues. NO LATE lighting sheets will be accepted.
  • Age groups are subject to change depending on entries.
  • Entries will be capped once our capacity has been reached and you will go on a waiting list.
  • Only competitors and coaches listed on the team sheet will receive a medal (registered with PPMG). Coaches must be a level 1 or above coach. All competitors and coaches must be registered with PPMG to receive a medal.
