Fees

Each competitor is required to pay the Games Fee once and then the Sport Fee for each sport in which they register. Please pay your sport fee when registering your sport component via Equipe.

Mudgeeraba Showgrounds

The Mudgeeraba Showgrounds are situated on the corner of Mudgeeraba Road and Worongary Road. They are home to the Mudgeeraba Pony and Hack Club. A variety of events are held in these showgrounds each year, including the Mudgeeraba Show.

Additional Information.
  • All riders must complete a Pan Pacific Masters Games registration and a horse/event registration separately via Equipe.
  • Horses are limited to 2 starts.
  • Horse Health Declarations must be submitted prior to riding. These must either be emailed to equestrian@mastersgames.com.au, handed in on the day, or submitted online using the app “My Horse Tracker”.
  • Draws will be posted on Equipe the Thursday before the event.
  • No electric fences allowed.
  • No dogs are allowed on the Mudgeeraba Showgrounds whilst the event is being run.
  • All horses & riders competing in classes above 100cm must be registered with EA. All registrations/memberships will be checked by EQ, nominations will not be accepted unless correct membership/registrations.
  • DRESS: All riders to be dressed according to the FEI requirements and those attired incorrectly will not be allowed to start (light coloured breeches, white collared ratcatcher/shirt (tie for men) & jacket).
  • All riders must wear riding boots and an approved helmet at all times while mounted. EA helmet standards will apply – all helmets must be tagged or you will not be permitted to ride.
  • The Organising Committee reserves the right at their absolute discretion to alter or amend any of the conditions, regulations, or any aspect of the event as they see fit.
  • All Equipment should comply with EQ regulations. It is the responsibility of the competitor and/or parents to ensure that the saddlery and equipment is in good repair and meets the relevant safety standards and is fitted appropriately.
  • All riders competing at the event will be expected to have read and accepted the Conditions of Entry, and the Disclaimer.

  • Competitors need to fill out and submit a horse health declaration form during registration.

Rules & Judiciary Procedures
  • All entrants must be Equestrian Australia members, participant registered at a minimum or be current financial members of PCQ or PCA.
  • All horses must hold base registration at a minimum, or if competing over 100cm must be competition registered.
