When do entries open?
Entries open on Tuesday 16th March at 9:00am AEST.
When do entries close?
The closing date for each sport is different. Please check your sport page for more information.
What are the entry fees?
Can I enter now and pay later?
Payment is compulsory when entering. Entries without payment will not be accepted.
What methods of payment are accepted?
Online registrations require payment via credit/debit card (Visa and MasterCard only) or Account 2 Account (selected AU Banks only).
Only online entries are accepted. There are NO paper entry forms. If you need help completing the online entry form please call us on +61 7 5668 9888.
Please note: All payments are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
What are my options if I can no longer participate?
When an entrant registers, they accept the terms and conditions of entry. Below states clause 6 of the Indemnity & Release Agreement:
I acknowledge that I am not (and no other person is) entitled to a refund or credit of any nature in relation to the entry fee(s) and/or ancillary items I have paid (for myself or another person), for any reason whatsoever, or in any circumstances, unless and to the extent that the Event Organiser is required to provide a refund or payment at law.
If the sport in which you have registered is cancelled, you will be entitled to a full refund of the Sport Fee for that event. Furthermore, if you are unable to secure a place in any other sport of your choice and therefore, do not attend PPMG, you will be entitled to a full refund of other fees paid, less a $20 processing fee.
For refund requests of any other nature, a request must be submitted in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org no later than Tuesday 5th October 2021. Any refunds approved will be subjected to a $20 processing fee. Refund requests after this date will not be granted.
You are also able to transfer your entry to another person. Alternatively, participants registered as Competitors can downgrade to a Non Playing Official or Supporter.

N.B. You cannot transfer your entry to the 2022 Pan Pacific Masters Games. Transfers are only valid for the year of the event.
What happens if the event is cancelled or entries are restricted due to COVID-19?
Should an entrant have COVID-19 like symptoms, have COVID-19 or be a close contact of a COVID-19 case, we encourage them to be responsible by staying away from the event. If they are affected in these circumstances or a government health order prevents them from attending, PPMG will refund fees paid less a $20 processing fee if they advise management by 11:59pm Sunday 14 November 2021. To process a refund in this situation please email email@example.com together with evidence of a COVID-19 test taken within 72 hours of your planned event.
If the PPMG21 is cancelled, or entries restricted, due to COVID-19 or restrictions placed by government preventing the staging of the PPMG21, we will refund fees paid less a $20 processing fee.
How can I make changes to my registration (eg. contact details, add sports, add additional items)?
Please visit the Change your Entry Details Portal to make entry information changes to your current registration or to add additional sports.
To update your first name, surname or DOB please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
Please note: If you are making changes to your entry such as adding a sport/events or upgrading your entry type etc. additional charges may apply. Where downgrading entry type, you will not receive a refund for the difference in entry fees.
Can I play more than one sport?
Yes absolutely. Please just ensure that you check the sport schedule prior to registering for each sport dates and times to ensure there are no clashes.
I have already entered and would now like add another sport – how can I do that?
Please use the Change your Entry Details Portal to make additional sport entries.
I would like to enter a team sport but don’t have a team – can I still play?
Please utilise our Sport Bulletin Board to advertise your availability and search for teams looking for players.
Our team is short on players – can you help us to find some extra players?

Check In Centre
What do I need to bring to collect my accreditation at the Check In Centre?
You will be required to show photo identification (such as a driver’s licence) to collect your accreditation at the Check In Centre. Participants will receive an accreditation pass, validating entry into the Games and providing entry to the Games Village and sports venues.
Can someone else collect my accreditation on my behalf?
We recommend participants collect their own accreditation pass. However, if you need someone to collect on your behalf, they require a copy of your ID (showing your DOB) and a written authorisation letter/email from you outlining that you give them permission to collect on your behalf. Please note: If the person collecting your accreditation pass does not have both of these documents, they will not be able to collect your accreditation.
Where do I collect my accreditation?
You will need to collect your accreditation from the Check In Centre. The Check In Centre is open between Thursday 5 – Friday 13 November. Venue and collection times will be available in due course.
Can I check-in at my sport venue?
No. Participants must check in for all sports at the Check In Centre prior to the start of competition. There is no registration at sporting venues and unregistered players will be unable to compete.
