The 14th edition of the Pan Pacific Masters Games will be hosted from Friday 6 – Sunday 15 November, 2026 on the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia.
Managed by Events Management Queensland, the Games have been hugely successful, with the last edition in 2024 attracting over 15,000 participants in over 40 sports.
New sports are now being considered for the 2026 Games and organisations that have the potential and desire to deliver a sport competition within the 10-day Games competition window are encouraged to submit an application via the online form below.
No organisation will be granted automatic appointment for the 2026 Pan Pacific Masters Games. Being the only applicant for a particular sport will not guarantee appointment. Each applicant must demonstrate the capacity and capability to meet all the elements required of a Sport Provider (host sport organisation).
Each Sport on the Games program appoints a Sport Convenor from the Sport Provider, who is responsible for coordinating and delivering the competition for that particular Sport.
Where the application allows for open-ended answers please answer in detail (facts, figures and examples) how your organisation can meet the criteria specified. Please include as much detail as you can to ensure that you submit a clear picture of your proposed sport competition and the ability of your organisation to deliver a quality competition. Incomplete applications will not be considered. All applications are assessed by Games management and final endorsement is made by the Events Management Queensland board.
If you have any enquiries regarding the sport selection criteria or application process, please contact the Sport Services team at Events Management Queensland via email at sportservices@mastersgames.com.au or phone on (07) 5668 9888.
Applications close 5:00pm (AEST) Friday 12 September, 2025.
Successful applicants will be notified via email and will be offered a Sport Provider Partnership Agreement to consider.
Thank you for your interest in applying to be part of the 2026 Pan Pacific Masters Games.
