If you need to make changes to your entry, transfer your entry to someone else or edit your information, you can complete them online. Before logging in, please download and read our Step-By-Step Guide.
1. Change Details Portal
If you need to make the following updates to your entry details, please login to the Change Details Portal below:
- Change your personal details (i.e. email address, address, phone number, emergency contact)
- Add more events to your current sport/s
- Add additional sports to your registration
- Add yourself to a sport as a Non-Playing Official
- Upgrade your registration to a Competitor or Non-Playing Official
- Update sport details (membership numbers, club/association details)
- Change your team (within the same division)
- Add additional items (Go Card Pass)
- Resend your confirmation email
- Download your confirmation PDF
- View your invoice
- Transfer your entry to another participant
To log into the Change Details Portal, you require the following:
- Email address (that is attached to your registration)
- Confirmation number (from your confirmation email)

Using your email address and confirmation number, log into the Change Details Portal below:
2. Entry Transfer
If you would like to transfer your entry to another entrant in the same sport or team, please log in to the Change Details Portal below and complete the Transfer Entry section.
Teams, please note:
- If you are transferring to another entrant that is playing in a different team or sport, please let us know the new team or sport category via email info@mastersgames.com.au prior to completing the transfer.
Using your email address and confirmation number, log into the Change Details Portal below:
3. Entry Information Change Form
The following updates can not be made using the Change Details Portal. They must be made via email info@mastersgames.com.au or contacting us on (07) 5668 9888.
- Change your team (new team is in a different division to current team)
- Update your name, DOB and gender (due to age and gender restrictions on sports)
Please note: If you are making changes to your entry such as adding a sport/events or upgrading your entry type, additional charges may apply. When downgrading entry type, you will not receive a refund for the difference in entry fees.
