Competition Information

  • All events will be a round robin style of play. If events have 2 pools there will be finals play offs, otherwise it will be a first past the post scenario for each division based on a games count for and against.
  • For all events (excluding teams) pools have a minimum of 3 per age category, if events have only 1 or 2 players/teams, they will be combined with the nearest eligible age group below them. Matches will be 1 set to either 6 or 8 games depending on pool numbers, with tiebreakers at 5-5 or 7-7. All deuces will be long deuce. All finals will be 1 set to 6 games, tie breaker at 5-5, long deuce.
  • Balls used for this event will be Babolat Gold All Court, new balls will be provided at the beginning of a session, and then again for finals matches.
  • Sessions will be morning or afternoon sessions with all play aiming to finish by 6pm daily to give players time to prepare for the nights functions. Draws and schedules will be provided as early as possible however understandably all entries need to be received and organized before we can give anyone times. It will be extremely difficult to change times so please ensure you are available for the entire day your event is scheduled as seen in the breakdown above.
