Showcase raw strength and endurance with Powerlifting and Kettlebell in the 2026 Pan Pacific Masters Games.

In Powerlifting, athletes compete in the squat, bench press, and deadlift, pushing their limits to achieve maximum weight with precision and control. Kettlebell sport tests stamina and technique across timed lifts, where rhythm and consistency are the keys to victory.

These strength disciplines deliver an electric competition atmosphere — where power, focus, and determination take centre stage.
