LEGEND-ARY DEALS PROGRAM

So how does it work? 

We will have listings on our website with all local businesses who opt-in to the LEGEND-ary Deals program. We will list your logo, business name, location and the deal you are offering. In exchange, we ask that you display our PPMG LEGEND-ary Deals decal/sticker at your premises.

The deal program will be included in all games communication to over 15,000 masters athletes.

Benefits 

• Community Engagement:  Show support for a major community event and help the Gold Coast create lasting memories for our Masters participants. 

• Recognition:  Your business will be listed on: 

• Official PPMG website 

• Official PPMG digital games guide – LEGEND-ary Deals program highlighted 

• AND further recognition with FREE PPMG “LEGEND-ary Deals” branding for temporary display throughout your venue 

• Enhanced visibility: LEGEND-ary Deals social media post (36,000) and advertising of the program through our EDMs database (64,000).  Share photos of Masters participants dining in your venue or using your services and tag us @panpacmasters on your social media platforms so we can share it on ours. 

• Increased foot traffic: Over 15,000 participants across all sports and over 70% coming from outside of the Gold Coast, resulting in a very high accommodation occupancy rate throughout the duration of the Games. 

• Additional Marketing support: We will also provide you with a digital toolkit and Official PPMG assets to share on your own channels.

Requirements 

• Location:  Within the Gold Coast hubs of Broadbeach, Surfers Paradise, Miami, Burleigh, Southport, Carrara, Coomera/Pimpama, Nerang, Varsity Lakes/Robina. 

• Deal:  Will offer a bespoke Pan Pacific Masters Games deal/discount throughout the entirety of the event 1st – 10th November inclusive 

• Branding:  Will display FREE Official PPMG “LEGEND-ARY DEALS” branding in your business from 6 – 15 November 2026. 

Offer or Deals 

• We are happy to assist should you find yourself seeking inspiration for promotions/offers.  Examples of LEGEND-ary DEALS could include: 

• $15 Burger lunch special including free soft drink or juice 

• Buy any pastry and get a coffee for $1 

• 10% discount off a tourist experience 

• Dinner special including either a free entrée or dessert 

• Medal winning deals – show your medal for an exclusive winners special 

• This is a new initiative for 2024 and we look forward to seeing what deals you come up with.  

Have function space? 

Our Legends like to party! If you have function space available at your venue, please include this in your registration along with all the details including capacity and an incentive to book it.

How to redeem 

Patrons will simply show you their accreditation pass to unlock all LEGEND-ary Deals.
