Age Requirements
  • Minimum age for competition is 18 Years
  • Age is determined as of the time of competition
Age Divisions
  • MAG: 18-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-64, 65+ (Subject to number of entrants)
  • WAG: 18-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-64, 65+ (Subject to number of entrants)
  • TEAM GYM: 18 and over
  • These Divisions are subject to change depending on athlete numbers upon the close of entries.
Event Divisions
  • Men’s Artistic: Floor, Pommel Horse, Rings, Vault, Parallel Bars, Horizontal Bar
  • Women’s Artistic: Vault, Bars, Beam, Floor
  • TeamGym: Floor, Tumbling, Single Mini Tramp
Sport Fees
  • $105 per entrant per discipline. MAG/WAG eligible for all around awards
  • $45 per single apparatus (not eligible for all around awards)
  • $60 per entrant – TeamGym
Games Fees
  • $140 Early Bird (3 March – 31 May 2026)
  • $155 Saver (1 June – 31 August 2026)
  • $170 Standard (from 1 September 2026)

Competition Information

  • Participants in the Masters competition must not have competed in National or State-recognised WAG/MAG competitions or non GfA events (other than Masters) in the past 24 months. This includes ALL Individual or Team Competitions! (Junior/Senior Regionals/States, QLD State Club Championships and National Clubs).
  • Podium Training available on Saturday 14 November between 2:30pm – 4:30pm
  • Any athlete regardless of gender, can compete in either MAG, WAG or TG.
  • TeamGym competitions exhibit gymnastic skills in three different disciplines: Floor, Tumbling and Single Mini Tramp. It is common for the performance to demonstrate effective teamwork, good technique in elements and spectacular acrobatic skills.
  • TeamGym – minimum 6 team members, maximum 12 team members.
  • Competitors must not have competed in the National Levels Program in levels 1-10 or International in the last 2 years to be eligible.
  • All clubs are to provide a suitable coach and a judge. Please refer to the QLD GfA Technical Regulations.
  • All athletes are to be registered with a Gymnastics Australia or International equivalent and be a member of a registered gymnastics club
  • Each club or single participant (if there is only 1 from a club) is required to supply an appropriately qualified coach for all disciplines.
  • Each club or single participant (if there is only 1 from a club) is required to supply an appropriately qualified judge for all disciplines.
  • The competition is run by Gymnastics Queensland and sanctioned by Gymnastics Australia.
