Age Requirements
  • Age is determined as of Wednesday 11th November 2026
  • Minimum age for competition is 30 Years

  • 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80-84, 85+

Sport Fees

$100 per person to enter all four events OR pick and choose which races you’d like to run individually  

  • $25 – Beach Mile 
  • $35 – 5km Road Race 
  • $25 – 4km Cross Country 
  • $35 – 10.5km Trail Run

Note: A bus will be available at $15.00 per person per event (5km Road Race, 4km Cross Country, 10.5km Trail Run) leaving from Broadbeach, please secure your seat via the registration form (limited places). More details on departure time and locations available closer to the time. This is a return service.

NOTE: Participants registering after Sunday 25th October 2026 will not have the option for a personalised race bib due to printing constraints

Program

  • Day 1: Beach Mile – Soft sand at its punishing best! Test yourself along Kurrawa Beach as the sun rises and you soak up the sea views.
  • Day 2: 5km Road Race – Head to The Spit in Main Beach for the 5km Road Race on sealed roads – a flat and fast course designed for speed.
  • Day 3: 4km Cross Country – Venture into the lush Gold Coast Hinterland for a 4km Cross Country circuit on an undulating grass (90%) and gravel (10%) loop at the Hinterland Regional Park.
  • Day 4: 10.5km Trail Run – Finish with a 10.5km Trail Run in Coombabah Lakelands. You’ll likely spot a few kangaroos as we compete in the last leg on a flat, scenic bush trail.

Competition Information

  • You can elect to enter all four races or pick and choose which races you would like to do.
  • Age category placegetter medals will be awarded for each of the four races and also an overall aggregate winner in each age category for those who compete in all four races totalling a half marathon (21.1km) distance.
  • All races will be electronically timed.
  • Aid stations will be provided for each event.
  • Wave starts may be conducted depending on entry numbers.

Join the Games

Compete in our four Distance Running events and complete a Half Marathon over 4 consecutive days over 4 different types of terrain while exploring great running venues on the Gold Coast.

Up first is the Beach Mile – soft sand at its punishing best! Run along Kurrawa Beach as the sun rises and soak up the sea views.

Next up we make our way to the Spit in Main Beach for the 5km Road Race – a flat fast course on sealed roads.

Day three and we are heading inland to the Hinterland for a 4km Cross Country circuit on an undulating grass (90%) and gravel (10%) loop.

Last but not least we finish up with a 10.5km Trail Run at Coombabah Lakelands. You’ll likely spot a few kangaroos as we compete in the last leg on a nice flat scenic bush trail.
