Competitor Games Fee

$140 Early Bird (3 March – 31 May 2026)
$155 Saver (1 June – 31 August 2026)
$170 Standard (from 1 September 2026)

Applies to all participants who will be competing in a sport. Pay the Competitor Games Fee just once, even if you’re competing in multiple sports.

Non Playing Official Games Fee

$90 Early Bird (3 March – 31 May 2026)
$95 Saver (1 June – 31 August 2026)
$100 Standard (from 1 September 2026)

This is for non playing participants including umpires, scorers, team managers, coaches and assistants and only relates to team sports. You will be linked to the team and eligible for medals but cannot compete in the sport.

Supporter Games Fee

$85 Early Bird  (3 March – 31 May 2026)

Please note: A Supporter Games Fee is not required to spectate at Games venues, except for: 1) Swimming and diving where a Supporters Accreditation or admission fee is required upon entry 2) Calisthenics and where an admission fee is required upon entry (a Supporter pass is not sufficient to gain entry)

Sports Fees

Sports Fees are specific fees set by each sport to cover the costs of conducting their competition. Sports Fees are different for all sports.

Accreditation

PPMG 2026 is going digital!

Participants will be required to download the an app to access your accreditation for the games period.
More details and instructions on how to download will be sent mid-October 2026.

For those without a mobile phone, we will have a physical option available.

The transition to digital passes brings a range of benefits including athlete convenience, waste reduction, enhanced athlete identification and easier entry to events.

Pan Pacs Central 

Pan Pacs Central will host our epic entertainment nights, official PPMG merchandise and on the first weekend give you access to a range of health and wellness activations. During the event week it will be your one stop shop for massage, strapping and home to a range of activities.

Collecting your PPMG Entrant Bag:
Your PPMG26 Backpack will be available for collection at Pan Pacs Central (PPC)!

Age Eligibility

Please check your sport page for more information as age restrictions vary depending on the sport.

If you wish to enter as a Non Playing Official and are under the age of 18 years, please email info@mastersgames.com.au for permission. Please note, entertainment events are 18+ events and underage NPO’s will be unable to attend.


Things you should know

  • All entries are to be completed via our online form. Please note entry deadlines for each sport.
  • Payment must be made at the time of online registration with a credit/debit card (MasterCard and Visa only). Payment processing fees apply (1.4%).
  • You must show your accreditation where required. All accreditation passes will be through ID123.
  • Before entering, please read the sports information for your chosen sport/s so you are aware of the general sports details including sport fee, competition dates and entry requirements.
  • If you can no longer attend you can transfer your entry to another person via the Change your Details portal.
  • If you need to make any changes to your entry, please do so via the Change your Details Portal. You will require your confirmation code which can be found in your confirmation email.
  • If entering on behalf of another person you are accepting race entry terms and conditions on their behalf.
  • By entering you are subscribing to our newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time.
