I’m a defender looking for an over 30s team

I’m a fast, fit defender with a good football brain that reads the game well and have been playing the regular season for the past 25 years. I’m looking for an over 30s team to join. I’m 40 and am playing in the over 40s but looking to join an over 30s team also to make the most of my time here. I have come down to panpacs for the last two comps and participated in the over 30s but we couldn’t get a team together this year due to other commitments.
