Finalisation and submission of the Indian delegation/athletes’ entries;
Coordination with the concerned sporting and administrative authorities;
Australian visa and travel documentation, wherever applicable; and
Completion of other official participation formalities within the prescribed timelines.
We would appreciate it if the invitation could clearly mention the event name, dates, venue/location, participation status and the name of our organisation/delegation, along with any further registration or entry procedures to be followed.
We assure you that the All India Sports Council of Labour and Employee will fully cooperate with the Organising Committee and comply with all applicable rules, regulations, registration requirements and participation procedures of the Pan Pacific Masters Games.
