Thursday 8 November 2018

  • 1pm – 4pm: Tournament field will be open for practice

Friday 9 November 2018

9am: Equipment inspection
9:30am – 10am: Official practice
10am: Competition shooting commences

  • All 90 arrows will be shot with no breaks for lunch.
  • If there are a large number of archers for our 20 lanes available, shooting will be AB/CD
  • Competition for the day is expected to finish by approximately 1pm.
  • Equipment inspection will be available at the Judges’ tent from 9am.  Please remember to take your Competitor Number with you.
  • You will be unable to shoot practice before you have your equipment inspected.

Gold Coast Archery Club is the only World Archery Federation club located on the Gold Coast and has been operating in the picturesque Tallebudgera Valley, referred to locals as Tally Valley, for the past 54 years. The beautiful region features an emerald-green farmland, natural forests and a relaxed atmosphere renowned on the southern Gold Coast.

Additional Archery – Target Information
  • Competition will be over two rounds (one round per day) as per the table.
  • All archers not affiliated with a World Archery affiliated body are required to complete an Archery Australia temporary membership form before competition starts at the Archery venue. You can download this form from archery.org.au. Alternatively, there will be forms available on the day at the ground.
  • Membership cards will need to be produced at registration/equipment inspection please.
  • The competition is presented by the Gold Coast Archery Club.
