ONLINE ENTRY INFORMATION

Before entering, please read the sports information for your chosen sport/s so you are aware of the general sports details.

Please read the following information before clicking the enter link below:

Entry Fees:

There are two sets of fees, "Games Fees" and "Sports Fees."

The Games fees cover your entry and entertainment package into the Games and gives you unlimited access to the "Games Village" and many other benefits.

The Sports fees are the specific fees set by each sport to cover the costs of conducting the sports competition for the Pan Pacs.

There are three entry types which make up the "Games Fees" component of your fees, these are: Competitor, Non Playing Official and Supporter.

COMPETITOR: $110

This entry type if for people who be actually competing/playing in their chosen sport.

NON PLAYING OFFICIAL: $70

This entry type is for Non Playing Umpires, Team Managers, Team Coaches or other "Non-Playing" roles and ONLY relate to the main team sports of: AFL, Baseball, Basketball, Cricket, Football (Soccer), Futsal, Hockey, Indoor Netball, Netball, Polocrosse, Rowing (cox), Rugby League, Rugby Union, Softball, Touch and Water Polo. Being a Non-Playing Official means you can fulfil your role to assist your team, but are not required to pay the full Games fee and the full sports fee, and you will linked to the team and eligible for a medal if your team places.

SUPPORTER: $65

This entry type is only for friends, family and other people who will come along to the Games to support others without actually playing any sport or being linked to any team.

SPECIAL NOTE REGARDING TEAM ORGANISERS:

If you are going to be creating and managing teams across any of the main team sports, then you need to select the correct entry type to ensure you complete the entry properly and pay the correct fees. There are two main types of team organisers, outlined below:

  • If a team organiser is going to play in any team they are managing, they MUST select the “Competitor” entry type – AND for the team/s they are playing in, they must also add themselves into the team nomination form.
  • For team organisers who are NOT PLAYING in any of their teams, please choose the “Non-Playing Official” entry type. You are not required to enter yourself in any teams as you won’t be playing in any team.

To assist with creating and managing your teams for the Pan Pacs, we have developed some guides to assist you – the links to these pages are below.

If you have any questions or problems with the entry process, please call on 07-5668 9888 (International +61 7 5668 9888) or email us at info@mastersgames.com.au
