When are sports' draws available?

Typically all sports draws’ are available one week out from the start of your competition and are posted on the Games website.

Why aren’t draws available now?

Draws cannot be completed until entries have closed and the sports convenors have had time to review the entry information from all teams/entrants and then schedule all the events. This is also why the exact schedule is not confirmed until closer to the Games. Whilst we understand that it is difficult to arrange time off work and that entrants would like to know the exact details, it is almost impossible to provide this information until the entries are finalised. We stipulate the entry dates for all sports and that competitors must be available to play throughout these periods.

What is the Supporters Package for?

The Supporters Package is designed for Partners, Friends and other people who whilst not actually competing at the Games, would like to be part of the Games Experience. The Fee lets you take advantage of the nightly Village entertainment, Shuttle Bus Service, have access to your chosen sport and entitles you to the souvenir accreditation pass, Games sports bag, and a Pan Pacific Masters Games handbook. You can enter Supporters online or at the Games Village when the Games starts!

Can I register my child as a supporter?

Yes, but please be advised that due to the Liquor Licensing requirements of the Games Village, no children are permitted within the Games Village entertainment area after 6pm. But children can still receive an accreditation pass and souvenir pack back and be part of the Games!

Does the Shuttle Bus Service go to the Sports Venues?

The shuttle bus service operates from 7pm each night and is designed to shuttle entrants from the main accommodation areas from Burleigh to Surfers Paradise to the Games Village and back.

Can I catch the Shuttle Bus from the Airport to my Accommodation?

The service is only available from 7pm and concentrates on moving entrants to and from the Games Village (see above).
